How outside companies can apply for a contractor ID card

Who is entitled to apply for contractor ID cards?

Outside companies in or outside Industriepark Höchst, suppliers, service providers or other persons acting on behalf of Infraserv or another company in Industriepark Höchst can apply for contractor ID cards, provided they are expected to be present on the grounds of Industriepark Höchst over a relatively long period for business reasons.

Who files the application for a contractor ID card?

The application for a contractor ID card is filed by the responsible outside company (- the company who is in contact with the person -) in or outside Industriepark Höchst.

What do I need for the application?

You will need:

• Application for a contractor ID card
• Color photograph (we can take the photograph at Industriepark Höchst) or e-mailed as a JPG file (Anmeldung fuer Fremdfirmen Sued).
• Work permit, if necessary
• Safety film and test

What other requirements exist?

• The applications must be filled out completely and legibly.
• We cannot accept incomplete and/or illegible applications.
• There is an extra charge for contractor ID cards. For more information, please contact our contractor-registration team.
• An application for vehicle access tags must be submitted if work performed at Industriepark Höchst requires the use of a truck. The application must be submitted by the contractor's agent to the client and Contractor Management for review.
• Instruction sheet for tool list:
  Contractors must complete the tool registration form carefully. The form identifies the contractor's tools and equipment so they can be transported out of Industriepark Höchst. Upon entering the park, contractors must hand a completed registration form to one of our employees at the South Gate (Tor Süd) for verification and countersigning.
