Natural gas

Natural gas is obtained from the long-distance gas grid, expanded through redundant pressure controllers and meters to the required service pressures, and fed into Industriepark Höchst’s natural-gas networks.

Natural gas is supplied at three different service pressures:

• 11-bar natural gas
• 1.2-bar natural gas
• 1.035-bar natural gas

The natural gas is delivered free to the supply terminal. The terminal is usually not far from the point of use (a production facility, for example). If you need a service pressure whose specifications cannot be met by the three existing pressures, we can custom-develop supply solutions for your unique needs.
