Prevention classes

We offer a broad selection of high-quality prevention classes to protect your health or your employees' health.

Our classes aim to:

• Compensate for repetitive or lopsided stresses at work
• Strengthen muscles
• Improve overall physical fitness

We offer open enrollment classes at our Industrial Clinic as well as company-specific classes on your premises.

Statutory health insurers will generally reimburse most of the class fee. To qualify for reimbursement, you must attend 80% of the entire class. We would be pleased to help with any questions about cost reimbursement.
