The monitoring services offered by our Building-Control Center (BCC) cover all the equipment and functions of the building systems, providing you with a clear view of the condition and data of all the connected equipment and buildings. We control the building systems within your building. The process data is archived and can be provided to you for other applications. We monitor and respond to messages, faults and alarms from your connected buildings/systems, analyze them, prioritize the necessary actions and direct them according to the actions we have arranged with you. Our services also include tracking faults and alerts with a ticket system and initiating escalation processes.
