Planning media systems and events
Planning and building conference and media systems can take two forms: permanently installing the systems in conference and training rooms, or temporarily providing them for all kinds of events.
- Permanent installation: Our plan covers the interior, the equipment and the programming of multimedia-equipment controllers. The control concepts are tailored individually to your needs – right up to integrating the room-automation system with the multimedia controls in the conference rooms.
- Event services: To make sure that your events – shareholders’ meetings, for example – go off without a hitch, we plan all the equipment and networks for data and voice traffic. During the event, we will operate the media equipment, monitor the networks and clear any faults.
