Providing central voice services

As part of our central voice services, we will provide lines, switchboard services, a help desk, 24-hour fault clearance and per-second billing. Standard supplementary services like secretarial units, call pickup groups and team systems can be implemented with analog, ISDN, VoIP and DECT ports. In addition, we meet current customer needs for voice mail, unified messaging or CTI with access to the electronic telephone directory. For mobile-communications users, we offer private mobile radio and paging systems.
