Reliable logistics comes first. The joy of driving second. The BMW Group wanted to optimize in-house maintenance logistics at its automotive plant in Leipzig. It was looking for an experienced partner - one who would store, transport and perform requirements planning for technical materials, chemicals and other operating supplies. And its requirements were just as demanding as its cars:

The Group required 100% inventory accuracy with tight response times to prevent slowdowns in production. That meant components had to be ready within a few minutes of the requisition.

Infraserv Logistics has seamlessly integrated its interdisciplinary services with the customer's processes, drawing on its vast process competence to make them more efficient and reliable. Not an easy task considering how much flexibility was needed to handle such things as peak periods.
