Hoechst AG is organized into Business and Service Units

1994

Hoechst AG is reorganized into legally independent companies; divisions and industrial holdings are sold off and acquired

1996

Plant organizations are created that in Hoechst AG used to be solely responsible for operating the sites (service, logistics, engineering, etc.)

1998

InfraServ Verwaltungs GmbH and InfraServ GmbH & Co. Höchst KG are established (the companies at the Höchst site are limited partners)

2000

Infraserv Logistics GmbH is established as a wholly owned subsidiary of Infraserv GmbH & Höchst KG

2002

Frankfurt Intermodal Terminal (F.I.T.) is set up; Infraserv Logistics GmbH holds a 50% interest in the company

2003

Infraserv Logistics Leipzig GmbH (ILL) is established as a wholly owned subsidiary of Infraserv Logistics GmbH

2006

ILL starts operations at a second permanent establishment in Reutlingen
