Provadis Partner für Bildung und Beratung GmbH is the provider to call for education and training. It also advises companies on organizational and staff development.

Originally spun off from Hoechst AG, Provadis Partner für Bildung und Beratung GmbH is an Infraserv Höchst subsidiary. With 1,600 trainees and 10,000 students in Frankfurt and Marbug, Provadis is a leading provider of educational services in the region. Provadis is a founding member of Hesse Further Training (Weiterbildung Hessen e.V.), an association created to secure quality in further training. Provadis was awarded the 2004 Innovative Further Educator Prize by the Federal Institute for Vocational Training. Approximately 400 international clients leverage Provadis’ expertise as partners. They seek out its assistance in training, further education, organizational and staff development as well as e-learning.
One key acquisition was the subsidiary NOVIA Chromatographie- und Messverfahren GmbH. This special further-training company has an outstanding reputation for practical seminars and courses in analytical chemistry.

Another pillar in Provadis’ strategy is the Provadis School of International Management and Technology AG. This institution gives active professionals the opportunity to obtain internationally accredited Bachelor’s degrees. The majors offered are business administration, business-information management and chemical engineering.
