Family-friendly work environment

Working parents expect family-friendly employers to offer flexible work schedules and child-care programs, among other things. These people are fully committed to their company and want more than just a reasonable salary.

Infraserv Höchst understands the importance of flexible work schedules, emergency child care and other forms of support for working mothers and fathers. That is why we put together an extensive package to create a family-friendly work environment for employees.

Our support package includes:

• Flexible work schedules
  Employees can work part-time in various positions at Infraserv Höchst.
  
• Emergency child care
  Our child care center helps in emergencies. Parents can drop off children aged one to twelve years at our facility at short notice.
  
• Day care for infants
  The "Kinder Arche" day care center looks after infants ranging from eight weeks to three years old. Care is subsidized by Infraserv Höchst.
  
• Initial consultation on family caregiving
  Infraserv Höchst Group employees can schedule an initial consultation with external specialists.
  
• Health and exercise programs
  Employees can improve their health during the day by participating in a wide range of health and exercise programs at Industriepark Höchst and using a dedicated gym at the park.
