Höchst impulsiv: monthly speaking events on current FM topics

Industrial-facility management (IFM) is the FM topic of the future. To remain globally competitive, industrial companies face a twofold challenge: to optimize not only their production processes, but also their "secondary" processes. The International Institute for Facility Management (i2fm) and Infraserv Höchst, who operates Industriepark Höchst in Frankfurt and also offers FM services, have created a new event series that provides a forum for discussion among FM decision-makers and professionals at manufacturing companies. The visitor numbers clearly indicate the forum's relevance for industry. Several major pharmaceutical firms who regularly visit the events are already beginning to develop action plans for developing their FM organizations based on some of the talks given in the series.

Once a month, the "HÖCHST impulsiv" evening lectures at Industriepark Höchst provide a discerning view of the latest hot issues in IFM. Short lectures given by various industry experts can be discussed later in the evening over canapés.

Once a month, the "HÖCHST impulsiv" evening lectures at Industriepark Höchst provide a discerning view of the latest hot issues in IFM. Short lectures given by various industry experts can be discussed later in the evening over canapés. In recent months, the topics have ranged from optimizing operating costs to technical process reliability in sensitive production areas through to facility cleaning.

Sharing knowledge in the HÖCHST intensiv seminar series

IndustrialFM addresses a wide range of demanding topics – from managing properties in an industrial setting to how the new DIN EN 15221 will affect IFM. While the HÖCHST impulsiv evening events allow professionals to compare notes on current topics, the HÖCHST intensiv seminars examine more complex issues in detail.

The highlight of the series is HÖCHST interaktiv, an FM trade fair that will be held in Industriepark Höchst in September. Fair visitors and exhibitors can discuss the latest insights from the entire event series. Idea-sharing and networking will help drive the evolution of FM services in industrial organizations.
