• Providing training on detailed legal or technical waste applications such as transferring data from third-party transport papers to ZEDAL. If you need to compile all the data entered on third-party waste-transport papers, the data will be entered in ENTIS and analyzed for statistical and documentation purposes such as sending reports to government agencies and industry associations.

In all these activities, Infraserv Höchst Waste Management will leverage its extensive knowledge of the waste market and local, national and European waste law as well as its good relationships with regulatory and permitting agencies, industry associations and working groups.

Waste trading and brokering for companies

Infraserv Höchst Waste Management, a part of the Environment, Safety, Health Business Unit, is a specialized waste-management operation that is certified in waste trading and brokerage.

We will find the best routes for disposing of your company's waste through professional brokerage services. Our service covers market research, quoting, execution, documentation, billing and government liaising.

Infraserv Höchst will:

• Find the best route of disposal for your waste
• Coordinate the process with local authorities
• Audit disposal facilities
• Negotiate disposal fees
• Identify transportation routes
• Negotiate transportation fees
• Prepare waste-recovery and -disposal records between generators and receivers
• Prepare data records for transport papers or hardcopy transport papers
• Handle the disposal process
• Document the process for clients and regulatory agencies
• Handle billing with transporters and receivers

Our service also includes performing, documenting and billing unusual disposal processes. In special situations, insured events and technical-rescue scenarios, Infraserv Höchst deals with insurance companies and government agencies regarding all legal issues and technical disposal processes and handles all related documentation. This frees you up to focus on your core business.

All these activities are categorized as waste trading and brokerage. In waste trading, the trader takes ownership of the waste and contractually agrees to dispose of it. In waste brokerage, the broker does not acquire ownership of the waste, but mediates between the generator and the receiver.

Infraserv Höchst does not acquire ownership or possession (control) of waste unless it has specifically and expressly agreed to do so.

Waste classification under CLP / GHS

We also coordinate changes to waste data entered in waste forms under dangerous-goods or hazardous-substance law in accordance with the requirements of the ADR and the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) or, for mixtures, the CLP Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
