ZEDAL user support (formerly ZEDAL hotline)

Our support agents can answer all your questions about using the ZEDAL portal between 8 am and 4 pm on business days.

Our user support service helps users administer and carry out waste shipments properly.

The service includes the following activities:

  • Practical, timely updates about changes to the ZEDAL system
  • Direct assistance with using the system and signature cards (including resetting ZEDAL passwords, access permissions, creating users, looking up waste shipping papers, using PINs in signatures)
  • Coordination of the IT implementation of new local software versions for ZEDAL workstations
  • Assistance with procuring signature cards

This service requires you to use the ZEDAL system for electronic waste record-keeping.
