Handling and sorting waste

The Collection and Transfer Center is a highly advanced waste-handling station with a total area of 20,000 m². Since it provides all com-mercially available disposal processes, it can select the best, most cost-effective disposal method for any given type of waste. And with its total capacity of 150,000 t/a, the Collec-tion and Transfer Center delivers exceptional availability along with customer-friendly waste drop-off times.

Every waste stream is recorded and tracked by state-of-the-art IT systems for as long as it remains in the Collection and Transfer Cen-ter. And since waste sampling and analysis is conducted by certified laboratories, we can make sure that potentially contaminated dig-gings are not only classified in accordance with waste-management laws, but are also properly and effectively treated at the lowest possible cost.

We also provide special chip cards so that even accepting small quantities of waste is a quick, hassle-free process. If needed, we can provide, drop off and pick up waste transport containers for you.
