Manually analyzing this data is costprohibitive, and will most likely not uncover attacks and security-policy violations. Infraserv Höchst can automatically analyze these log files for you. We monitor and respond to incoming messages, faults and alarms from the connected systems, analyze them, prioritize the corrective actions and direct them as agreed upon with you. We also track faults and alarms using a ticket system and initiate the escalation process.
