This service includes monitoring and correcting errors during events for:

• media equipment
• communication networks for the events
• telephone equipment including handsets
• network components

We will control the media systems and support the organizers during the event.

Maintaining media systems

As part of our maintenance service, we will run regular performance checks of your systems and user devices. If necessary, we will open and clean the devices, readjust the systems, set their parameters depending on the environment, and preventively replace lamps and filters after long operating periods. We also check the functionality of the mechanical components and test the integrated room functions with the media systems.
