Would you like to recycle your packaging materials?We will clean, repair and inspect your metal and plastic drums, intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) and small containers. We will handle the logistical side and the uncleaned containers. This includes picking up the drums and containers, checking a database with approx. 5,000 products for the cleaning requirements, sorting and temporarily storing the drums and containers in suitable areas, and transporting them to their destination.
Cleaning packaging materials
We have a cleaning facility for small containers from 5 to 120 liters, a neutralizing unit that can also be used in closed-loop wastewater recycling, a washing facility for removable-head drums and fiber drums, a cleaning facility for steel and plastic non-removable-head drums, a fully automated, closed container-cleaning facility (for IBCs), a container-rinse system and a semi-automated container-cleaning facility.
Reconditioning intermediate bulk containers (IBC)
Our packaging-materials recycling center has been recognized as an inspection body for IBCs by the German Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing. This allows us to check, inspect, repair and replace parts with spare parts conforming to the design type so that the IBC will retain its UN approval.
Disposing of packaging materials
Once your unusable plastic containers have been cleaned, we can turn them into granulate in our shredder. Any residues will be disposed of by certified specialized waste-management companies.
