Excellent instructors

The Frankfurt Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) recently recognized individuals who showed tremendous dedication to training programs at their companies, conferring on them the honorific “Excellent Instructor”. This year, the honorees included Stefan Ehrhard, Director of Training at Provadis, who accepted the trophy and certificate on behalf of his team of instructors.
The award, which the CCI was giving out for the second time in a row, commemorated the training value statement formulated by the 80 Provadis instructors. “We sat down together as a team to define what matters to us and how we want to provide training at Provadis,” said Ehrhard. “In this value statement, we express how we view ourselves as instructors and thereby drive the continuous improvement of training quality.”

“Excellent Training Team”

Two special teamwork prizes were handed out by Brigitte Scheuerle, Managing Director for Vocational Training and Continuing Education at the Frankfurt CCI: Provadis’s instructors, along with the teachers at Frankfurter Sparkasse, a local savings bank, were singled out for being an “Excellent Training Team”. This award goes to training teams who go beyond the call of duty to become exemplary role models for skills-oriented, forward-looking training.
Udo Lemke, Managing Director of Provadis, underscored the close link between instructor dedication and educational quality in the keynote speech he gave at the award ceremony: “Instructors are teachers, life coaches, sparring partners and mentors. They have the experience, expertise and empathy needed to provide high-quality training – and the sense of fun that should be part of every educational program.”
